Art Nouveau Silver and Gold Pendant
Item Description
English Art Nouveau pendant crafted in both silver and gold, with little red stones in the centres of all three separate components.
The main body of the pendant is in silver, its gently convex shape giving a slight three-dimensional look.
Framing this is an ornate and very Art Nouveau design, all sinuous curves with stylised three-lobed leaves at top and bottom.
We don’t know the maker but it is marked on the back Regd. together with 9 ct. and sterling silver.
Early 1900’s and 6.5 cm long including the suspender and the drop. The remainder of the necklace chain has a length of aproximately 40 cm.
