Charming little heart-shaped brooch set with twelve strongly coloured faceted saphirets surrounding a frosted saphiret cabochon.
Made in Czechoslovakia circa 1910-20, the basic frame of the brooch is of gilt metal.
Measuring just 2 cm from top to bottom and with all the stones in fine condition.
