Copper and Brass Freestanding Mirror*
Unusual and very attractive freestanding mirror with an openwork design of flowers and leaves fashioned from copper and set all around the brass outer framework.
An upright square-edged copper inner frame is mounted within the floral border and this houses the bevel-edged glass mirror plate which has had a replacement backing board.
Firmly supported by a good brass easel, the mirror stands at a typically convenient angle.
The overall height is just under 43 cm and the width approximately 32 cm. The glass measures around 24.5 X 16.5 cm.
Unmarked and almost certainly dating from around 1910.
