Contoured Copper Bowl*
Good sized and rather unusual old Arts & Crafts copper bowl or dish with a fixed arched handle and a shaped and contoured outline.
Standing on an oval pedestal showing a lightly hammered detail, the main body of the bowl flares out somewhat like an oval open flower.
Both surfaces are decorated with a pattern of broken lines which radiate out from the centre, with clusters of stylised berries and roundels towards the edge of the fluted rim.
A curved and rounded handle is attached to the inside edge of the bowl.
Overall height is around 26 cm and the maximum width is 39 cm.
The darker markings seen in the photographs are purely reflection and are not actually apparent.
