Charles Horner Wirework Pendant Necklace*
Silver and enamel pendant necklace from Charles Horner with a complex wirework design detail surrounding and partially overlaying an oval plaque with a beaded border, enamelled in shades of light and dark blue.
A narrow upright feature, enamelled in similar colours, extends above and below the oval and houses a small pearl set in its centre.
The pendant hangs on two short chains from an enamelled suspender and a typical Horner drop adds the final detail.
Hallmarked at Chester for the year 1911 and also showing the C.H maker’s mark.
A fraction below 9.5 cm in length, including the suspender and drop, with the necklace chain measuring approximately 47 cm.
