Charles Horner Dragonfly Pendant*
Silver pendant necklace from Charles Horner with a dragonfly seen from above as it flies across an oval silver hoop.
Its wings are enamelled in a vivid deep blue shading to pink at the four tips, the body is in green and even its tiny eyes have been delicately enamelled in blue.
Pleasing silver work with the long, curving tail realistically detailed and the oval ring being evenly patterned.
Hanging on two short lengths of chain from a matching enamelled suspender and measuring 7 cm long from this to the bottom of the tail.
Marked on the back with the C.H maker’s mark and with a Chester hallmark for the year 1915.
The necklace chain measures approximately 47 cm in length.
