Horner Pendant with Shamrock Leaves
Delightful silver and enamel pendant necklace from Charles Horner in a design we’ve not come across before.
Circular in outline and with three green shamrock leaves curling into the centre on their stems.
A little silver dot sits in the centre of each one and a typical Horner drop in a matching enamelled shade hangs below.
The pendant is on two short lengths of chain beneath a circular suspender, that is similarly enamelled in green.
Hallmarked at Chester for the year 1909 and also impressed with the C.H maker’s mark.
A fraction below 6.5 cm long, including the suspender and the drop, with the remainder of the necklace chain measuring approximately 47 cm.
