Item Description
Attractive Skønvirke silver gilt brooch in an openwork style by Marius Hammer.
Somewhat shield-shaped, with delicate filigree work just inside the top edge and enamelling detail in a light, almost lime green shade.
Movement is provided by a pair of looped chains suspended beneath, each enclosing a little enamelled ball-shaped drop.
Marked on the back with the monogrammed M and hammer mark and also as 930 silver.
A tiny fraction over 3 cm in width and in very good condition.
