Little silver and enamel brooch by Charles Horner, roughly circular in shape but with slight shaping to the outline at both the top and bottom.
The face has an abstract design of assorted areas enamelled in peacock shades of rich blue and green, the overall effect being extremely eye-catching.
Hallmarked Chester 1909 and with a somewhat worn CH mark.
