Barnet Henry Joseph Gold and Aquamarine Pendant*
A fine Art Nouveau 9 ct gold pendant from the well respected Birmingham jewellery makers Barnet Henry Joseph & Co. dating from circa 1900.
With an articulated design incorporating finely worked detail, the pendant is set with six little pearls and three faceted aquamarines, including one forming the drop.
The offset way in which the top three petal shapes are rolled round and behind the face give a three-dimensional look which is very elegant.
Marked on the reverse BHJ and 9 ct.
The pendant measures 5.5 cm long and the 9 ct. gold chain has a length of 41 cm.
