Arts & Crafts Silver and Pink Tourmaline Pendant
Large and very fine Arts & Crafts silver wirework pendant which is all sinuously sweeping curves, set with foiled faceted pink tourmalines.
Two little circular mother-of-pearl plaques, one above and one below the large central stone, add just the right degree of contrast.
At the foot is suspended a silver set tourmaline drop.
The facing edge of the silver has a finely milled finish but otherwise the distinctive openwork design plainly requires no further decoration.
From the fixed ring at the top to the bottom of the drop the length is just a fraction over 6.5 cm.
The necklace chain is marked Sterling, Germany and measures 60 cm long.
