Arts & Crafts Silver and Enamel Pendant Necklace
Arts & Crafts silver pendant necklace with a very individual look, sporting no less than seven drops, each on chains of varying lengths.
The main pendant has an unusually shaped outline with three cut-outs and is enamelled in a mottled shade of violet. It is set in the centre with a raised oval mother-of-pearl feature.
Five of the drops are teardrop shaped and similarly enamelled, with two further drops being set with circular mother-of-pearl discs.
Enamelled on the back for stability but there is no maker's mark apparent.
The chainwork is original and matches throughout.
Opened out, the necklace has a total length of 45 cm with the pendant measuring approximately 5.5 cm to the bottom of the central drop.
