Silver and Enamel Windmill Brooch*
Item Description
English silver brooch from the Arts & Crafts period in the form of two trees framing an enamelled sunset scene with a winding river flanked by a silhouetted windmill on one side and tall trees on the other.
This brooch is very similar to our sold pendant ref. 16275, with lovely enamelling and a well contoured surface.
Unmarked but a design that is well documented as having been sold by Liberty’s in the early 1900’s.
Just a little below 3 cms. in height.
