Arts & Crafts Gold, Turquoise and Enamel Necklace
Item Description
English Arts & Crafts necklace in both 9 and 15 ct. gold set with green and blue turquoise matrix cabochons, interspersed by figure-of-eights with are enamelled in white with tiny gold dots and further detailed with stylised green enamelled leaves.
At the top of each row is a little crescent which is similarly enamelled and connects to the necklace chain.
Finished at the foot with a turquoise set drop.
The chain is marked 9 ct. whilst the decorative gold components test as 15 ct. although they are unmarked.
Circa 1900 and with a full length of 46 cms.
