Art Nouveau Silver and Enamel Portrait Pendant*
Art Nouveau silver pendant with the half-length portrait of a young girl.
She appears to be looking out through an arched window with a small leafy tree on each side.
The background behind the girl is enamelled in a shade of violet, and further enamelling in green highlights the entrelac silver motif below.
Lovely detail to all the silverwork and on an old typically Art Nouveau silver chain.
Unmarked but we believe it to be Austrian, dating from circa 1900.
