Silver and silver-gilt pendant with coloured enamel detail.
In the form of a young maiden’s face, seen head-on. She’s wearing a wide band across her brow set with four clear paste stones and her hair is highlighted with a gilded finish.
The image is seen against a semi openwork shield-shaped background detailed with coloured enamel and three further stones above.
A natural baroque pearl hangs below and the pendant is suspended on two short legths of chain from the necklace chain via two small rings.
Marked sterling on the back, the length from the top ring to the bottom of the drop is 6 cm, and the necklace chain is 50 cm long.
