Art Nouveau Liberty Pendant*
Extremely elegant little Art Nouveau silver pendant made for Liberty & Co well over a hundred years ago.
With a blue-green enamelled leafy motif mounted in openwork fashion inside a shield-shaped silver frame showing finely hammered detail.
Marked with the Liberty maker’s mark on the reverse and with what is possibly the original silver chain. In any event it’s a lovely old Arts & Crafts chain complete with its original patented clasp.
The pendant measures just under 4 cm long, including the bale and the chain has a length of a fraction below 42 cm.
