Art Nouveau 9 ct. gold pendant set with three faceted garnet like stones and a little baroque pearl drop below.
The fluidly shaped outer gold wirework frame encloses a heart shaped central feature with the largest stone in its centre, a little flower above and pairs of leaves beneath.
