Art Nouveau Copper Box
Arts & Crafts copper box with Art Nouveau inspired motifs worked on both sides and ends.
The hinged lid is unusually shaped, with the raised area showing a distinctive and rather individual hammered pattern.
Raised on four tapering feet which are riveted to the box all the way up each corner to give added strength, and fitted inside with a wood floor.
Unsigned but with rather distinctive look and dating from around 1900 or thereabouts.
