Art Deco Fish Bookends*
Great looking pair of Art Deco bookends dating from the 1930’s in the form of plump veil-tailed fishes.
Mounted on two-piece stepped variegated marble bases with a sloping top section, they are finished in a stunning dinanderie patina which really makes them stand out.
Unsigned, as is quite usual, heavy and a good size at 17 cm long by almost 16 high.
There are a few minor age related imperfections to the finish which can be seen in the photographs but otherwise they are in excellent condition.
