Art Deco Egyptian Revival Necklace
Art Deco era pendant necklace in the Egyptian revival style fashioned from white metal and set with various coloured Bakelite attachments.
Openwork in design and with a shaped outline, depicting stylised lotus leaves either side of an emerging lotus blossom.
Three long Bakelite drops fall on ornate chains from the base of the pendant and the whole effect is extremely eyecatching.
Circa 1920's and probably originating in France.
Length from the top of the pendant to the bottom of the central drop is 15.5 cm and the necklace chain measures approximately 65 cm.
