Art Deco Cross by Theodor Fahrner*
Impressive and large silver cross by Theodor Fahrner dating from circa early 1930’s.
Set with baguette cut blue glass stones and edged all around with marcasites, this is a bold design with lovely attention to detail that is so typical of Fahrner pieces.
The prominent bale is also set with marcasites and is beautifully hinged.
Marked on the reverse for 935 silver and also showing the usual TF maker’s mark.
The cross measures 9.5 cm in length, including the bale, and has a width of 6 cm.
