Art Deco Bronze Camel and Rider
Item Description
Truly magnificent bronze sculpture of a racing camel being ridden at speed by a nubian warrior, sword and shield in hand.
This is a fabulous and rare study and, although unsigned, we know it to be by Edouard Drouot.
Set on an attractive black marble and onyx base with a few unsurprising nibbles to the marble. Made around 1925 at the height of the Art Deco era, this impressive piece is approximately 60 cm in length and 35 high.
