Silver and Enamel Portrait Brooch
Item Description
Continental 800 silver brooch with a shaped outline, featuring the colourfully enamelled portrait of a young woman surrounded by flowers.
The floral and foliate theme is continued in silver around the edge of the brooch, framing the enamel beautifully.
Gently contoured rather than completely flat which adds to the attention paid to detail.
Early 1900’s and with a width of a little over 3 cm.
