Pansy Pendant by Charles Horner*
Silver pendant necklace from Charles Horner in the form of a pansy flower, its overlaying petals colourfully enamelled in shades of deep purple, violet and yellow.
A little claw-set faceted clear paste stone is set in the centre.
The pendant hangs of a pair of short lengths of chain from a matching enamelled suspender which connects to the necklace chain, and at the foot is a similarly enamelled pear-shaped drop on a single link.
Marked C.H on the reverse and also showing a Chester hallmark for the year 1910.
The length, including the suspender and drop is 6.5 cm with the necklace chain measuring approximately 47 cm.
