Charles Horner Bat Pendant
Item Description
A good example of one of the most sought after Charles Horner designs, this is the iconic bat pendant.
Crafted in silver and enamelled in shades of blue, green and blackcurrant, the body and head showing a ‘bobbled’ finish.
The pendant hangs on two short lengths of chain from an enamelled suspender and is completed with an instantly recognisable Horner drop at the foot.
Showing the C.H maker’s mark on the back together with a Chester hallmark for the year 1910, and measuring 7 cms. long including the suspender and the drop.
The remainder of the necklace chain has a lenth of 47 cms.
