Arts & Crafts 18 ct. Gold & Enamel Pendant
High quality Arts & Crafts/Art Nouveau pendant crafted in 18 ct. gold and highlighted with a central convex oval plaque enamelled in strong shades of blue and green.
With a typically sinuous Art Nouveau design, the heart shaped gold feature partially covers the enamelled area, narrowing dramatically as it sweeps downwards to a point at the base. Here it meets another, smaller openwork heart from which the pearl drop is suspended.
The pendant has a distinctive and very individual elongated bale which connects to the 46 cm long 18 ct. gold necklace chain.
Measuring 5 cm long, including the bale and the drop.
A real Liberty look about it but there are no marks apparent.
