Arts & Crafts silver pendant necklace of an unusual but quietly pleasing design.
An openwork and upright shape featuring a spray of leaves above a circular well coloured abalone disc.
Very nicely made and incorporating a twisted silver wirework detail and a somewhat unique shaped and contoured little silver drop.
The pendant is suspended on a combination of two short lengths of chain and a pair of curving silver wirework attachments, both of which connect to the matching necklace chain.
Unmarked but pure Arts & Crafts dating from circa 1900 or perhaps a touch earlier.
The pendant measures 6.5 cm to the bottom of the drop and, when opened out, the necklace has a length of 42 cm.
