Little Girl, Big Snowball

Delightful little table lamp by the Paris based Italian sculptor Aristide de Ranieri (1865-1929).

Made of spelter and depicting a smiling young girl rolling along a large snowball.  She is wrapped up against the cold with a long dress, hooded shawl and cloggs on her feet but her little podgy arms are bare from the elbows down.
